Waldorf high school teachers are recognized for their breadth of knowledge, real-life work experience, and personal commitment and respect for the maturing adolescent.

As well as holding advanced degrees, members of the faculty are experienced professionals in a variety of fields such as mathematics and statistics, architecture, medicine, scientific research, language, art and music.

All are accomplished professionals who are deeply involved in the events and research of the larger community. Teachers are trained to truly serve the adolescent by meeting the student on his or her own terms. Students choose a mentor to guide them on their high school journey.

The harmony of the student body is rooted in the interconnection and strength of this community of teachers and staff. With the benefit of small student-teacher ratios, these adults work together to educate and guide the students, providing a living example for students to model.
