The mission of Waldorf education is to encourage lifelong learning and growth, self-expression, imaginative intellect, and humanitarian service to the world. This holistic approach to education integrates academics with fine and practical arts along with opportunities for social responsibility and community involvement.

Waldorf high school teachers
are recognized for their breadth of knowledge, real-life work experience, and personal commitment and respect for the maturing adolescent. Teachers are trained to truly serve the adolescent by meeting the student on his or her own terms. The faculty works together to model community and service.

Waldorf graduates are resourceful, productive, flexible, and clear-thinking individuals who mature into intellectually and emotionally healthy adults. These individuals go on to the college or university of their choice or successfully pursue an alternative career path.
