Nan Nowell
Choral teacher, Nan Nowell, brings a great enthusiasm for choral singing and her own rich talent to the students at Academe. A trained opera singer, Ms. Nowell performs regularly with the Atlanta Opera Company, the Atlanta Symphony Chorus, and the Atlanta Opera Studio. She also performs in musical theatre.
Ms. Nowell received her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Auburn University and her Masters degree from the New England Conservatory of Music.
She offers the students at Academe a broad repertory of music along with her warm and professional approach. With Ms. Nowell, choral singing is an enriching part of every week at the high school.
