New Street is two blocks west on East College Avenue from the Avondale Estates MARTA station.
From Downtown Decatur (less than one mile):
- Travel East on E PONCE DE LEON AVE toward N CANDLER ST.
- Turn RIGHT onto COMMERCE DR/GA-155.
- Turn LEFT onto E COLLEGE AVE/GA-10/US-278.
- Turn RIGHT onto NEW ST.
- Academe of the Oaks is on the left at 146 NEW ST DECATUR GA.
