 Dr. Tara Wyman Dr. Tara Buckley Wyman received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry, then went on to earn her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from UCLA. She spent three years as a Post Doctoral Fellow at The University of California at San Francisco, before becoming a chemistry professor at De Anza College in Cupertino, California. Dr. Wyman is in her second year of the Waldorf High School Training Program.
In addition to being a Chemist, Dr. Wyman is an accomplished quilter and photographer. She enjoys handwork of all kinds, especially knitting. She has worked on handmade items for Christmas fairs, and especially enjoys sharing her love of handwork with other people. Additionally, she assists with publications work for several organizations.
The mother of twin six-year old boys, Dr. Wyman lives in Atlanta with her husband, Greg and their five dogs. She teaches chemistry at Academe of the Oaks .
